Cirtex Hosting

Cirtex Hosting was founded in 2003. To date this company is offering web hosting services to users around the world for a fraction of the cost. Cirtex Hosting provides Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting solutions for both individuals and businesses (much likeHostgator). This hosting company claims that they have received countless awards from this industry. Cirtex chooses their employees from the most talented computer and IT specialist in the industry. This company is currently hosting over 20,000 websites. All server data runs on RAID redundancy protection and also backed up on a weekly basis. In this Cirtex Hosting review I am going to show you why I don't recommend you do business with them.

Cirtex Features

Cirtex Hosting offers 10GB of storage space with unlimited monthly bandwidth. Their price starts at $2.99 to $12.99 a month. They offer free online site builder. They say that setup is a breeze with support available to both transfer and activate your account (in truth, not all the time). They have 24/7 live chat and email support. They have the slowest Fpmeg Servers ever that if you complain about it to them they would just reason out that since you are on a shared hosting subscription some other users might just be hogging the resources that’s why it is slow.
They offer Money Back Guarantee but this is worthless since after 30 days of you signing up with them, Cirtex Hosting transfers your account to different over sold out servers. If you try to check your domain tools you will see that your website is sharing its resources with over 600 websites. To add more aggravation most of these websites uses video advertisements for income websites. If you ever attempt to send bulk mail to your website members your messages will be either be rejected or categorize as Spam. The reason for this according to Cirtex is because you are all sharing the same Ip address.

Uptime and Reliability

Uptime is a joke since their site has crashed down countless of times. For people whose work is lost because of the site crash it is painful to put you website back on manually. Cirtex will say that all you have to do is to submit a ticket adding more insult to injury as if that it would resolve anything at all (unlike InMotion). As all web site owners know their website is their source of income and if this is down most of the time without any explanations whatsoever; every hour that the website is down is like an eternity of waiting.
As of record time their actual uptime is less than 90% in a month. Cirtex seems randomly answering their customer complaint trouble tickets since they would seemingly give lame excuses. They can only offer emails support since there will be no one to answer your phone calls. Cirtex has poor reliability because of slow support response. Their encrypted mail server connections works poorly.

The Bottom Line

Unless you’re doing something simple you would definitely avoid Cirtex like a plague. Save yourself the trouble before signing up with this company if you value your online business. The true measure of a good web hosting provider is when it lives up to its good reputation continually improving on their service and finding ways to improve more on what they presently have. Only time will tell if Cirtex learns from the negative feedbacks of their clients who have migrated to other more stable web hosting providers. If you are looking for a better option I would recommend you read my BlueHost or Fatcow review.
